2 celery stalks, chopped
¼ cup raisins
2 apples, chopped into ¼ in. pieces
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl
Prepare salad ingredients and add to dressing bowl.
Once all ingredients are added, toss and serve chilled. Enjoy!
