YIELDS: 9-12 cups of popcorn
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¾ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp allspice
1 large apple, shredded (can substitute with 1 cup chopped apple chips --skip direction 4)
DIRECTIONS
Make 1 batch of Perfect Popcorn. *Note: Do not drizzle butter right away, see Step 2!*
Add 3 Tablespoons of butter to the hot pot and melt. Stir in vanilla extract (optional).
Drizzle (vanilla-infused) butter mixture over popcorn, then toss well with sugar and spices.
Using the same hot pot, add the shredded apple and cook on medium heat until it begins to dry out and brown.
Toss thoroughly with popcorn mix.
