Balsamic Vinaigrette


YIELDS: 1/3 CUP


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • fine salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together vinegar and mustard.

  2. Slowly combine in oil until dressing is mixed and smooth.

  3. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
