Gingerbread Popcorn

YIELDS: 9-12 cups popcorn


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar

  • ½ tsp Allspice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg


DIRECTIONS

  1. Make 1 batch of Perfect Popcorn.1. *Note: Do not drizzle butter right away, see Step 2!*

  2. Add 3 Tablespoons of butter to the hot pot and melt. Stir in vanilla extract (optional).

  3. Drizzle melted butter mixture over popcorn, then toss well with sugar and spices.

  4. Toss thoroughly with popcorn mix.
