Jamaican Jerk Popcorn

YIELDS: 9-12 cups popcorn

INGREDIENTS

• ½ tsp cumin

• ½ garlic powder

• ½ tsp nutmeg

• 1 tsp Allspice

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

• ¼ cup cilantro, minced

• 1 lime, zested then juiced

DIRECTIONS

1. Make 1 batch of Perfect Popcorn.

2. Zest then juice lime.

3. Combine seasonings.

4. Drizzle lime juice over popcorn.

5. Sprinkle seasonings, cilantro, and zest over popcorn. Toss to mix.
