Chai Spice Skillet Granola

Serves 8-10
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons canola oil
6 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cups quick oats
½ cup raisins
½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup roasted pumpkin seeds (papitas)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ fine salt
DIRECTIONS
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add canola oil, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Cook oil, vanilla, and syrup by stirring occasionally until bubbly, about 30-60 seconds.
Stir in oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Continue combining mixture with spatula until the oats and seeds turn golden brown and fragrant. About 3-4 minutes.
Stir in spices and salt and remove from heat. Press granola into pan and let cool completely.
Once cool, break into clumps and serve with greek yogurt.
