INGREDIENTS
Hummus
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas (1 ½ cups cooked beans), drained & rinsed
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon (1 Tbsp)
½ tsp Kosher salt
1 small clove garlic, minced or grated
¼ cup water
Garnish
¼ tsp paprika
2 pinches cumin (⅛ teaspoon)
DIRECTIONS
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Put all of the ingredients (except garnish) in a bowl.
Purée with a masher or fork until smooth.
If mixture is too thick, add more water, 1 Tbsp at a time.
Garnish with paprika and cumin. Serve and enjoy!
