INGREDIENTS

Hummus


1 (15 oz) can chickpeas,

drained & rinsed

1 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp lemon juice

(about ½ lemon)

½ tsp Kosher salt

1 small clove garlic, minced or grated

¼ cup water


​Garnish


1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cumin


DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.

  2. Put all of the ingredients (except Garnish) in a bowl.

  3. Purée with a masher or fork until smooth.

  4. If mixture is too thick, add more water, 1 Tbsp at a time.

  5. Garnish with paprika and cumin. Serve and enjoy!
