INGREDIENTS
Hummus
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
½ tsp Kosher salt
1 small clove garlic, minced or grated
¼ cup water
Garnish
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
DIRECTIONS
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Put all of the ingredients (except Garnish) in a bowl.
Purée with a masher or fork until smooth.
If mixture is too thick, add more water, 1 Tbsp at a time.
Garnish with paprika and cumin. Serve and enjoy!
