Southwest Popcorn

YIELDS: 9-12 cups popcorn

INGREDIENTS

• ½ a lime, zested and juiced

• ¼ cup minced cilantro

• ¾ tsp chili powder

• 2 tsp ground cumin

• ¼ tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Make 1 batch of Perfect Popcorn.

2. Zest then juice lime.

3. Mince cilantro.

4. Combine seasonings.

5. Drizzle lime juice over popcorn.

6. Sprinkle seasonings, cilantro, and zest over popcorn. Toss to mix.
